Debate & Forensics
Speech and Debate at Emporia High School are co-curricular activities that help students develop skills in communication, critical thinking, and collaboration. Students can participate in speech and debate through forensic events, such as debates and dramatic interpretation. Students are required to attend at least 4 competitions of either debate or forensics to be considered part of the Emporia High School Debate and Forensics team. Debate is 1st Semester and Forensics is 2nd Semester.
