Athletic Trips
a. Submit transportation requests to the athletic director for approval at the
beginning of the season. For out of town competitions that take place at another
school’s indoor facility, teams should not arrive prior to the dismissal of their
school day. An exception to this would be if the competition begins during the
school day.
b. Submit a list of all athletes who will attend the event to the athletic secretary at
least one day in advance of the event.
c. Coaches are responsible for players’ conduct en route to and from the event and at
the event site.
d. Coaches are responsible for informing players that all school rules apply while on
athletic trips.
e. Coaches will follow all Transportation Department rules and regulations.
